Resulticks Appoints Pallasena V Viswanath as Global Advisor for Channel Partnerships

Resulticks, a global leader in AI-driven real-time audience engagement and customer lifecycle orchestration, announced the appointment of Pallasena V Viswanath as Global Advisor for Channel Partnerships on August 20, 2026.

Based in Singapore, Viswanath will focus on expanding and strengthening the company's global partner ecosystem, driving strategic alliances, and accelerating growth through channel partnerships across key markets. The appointment comes as Resulticks reported US$150 million in revenue and US$17 million in profit after tax for FY2025, while achieving a compound annual growth rate exceeding 60 percent since the pandemic.

Extensive Industry Experience

Viswanath brings over 40 years of experience across the solution and distributor ecosystem, including leadership positions at HP and Redington. He previously served as CEO of Redington Middle East and Africa, overseeing operations for the US$10 billion technology distributor that operates as the seventh largest globally, with a network of 450-plus international brands across 40 markets supporting more than 55,000 partners. His career also includes serving as HP's Managing Director for the Philippines.

Strategic Partnership Expansion

The appointment follows Redington and Resulticks announcing a five-year strategic distribution partnership in July 2026, targeting a market opportunity of more than US$150 million across the Middle East, India, and South East and South Asia. Viswanath will work closely with the leadership team to enhance the extensive relationships and ecosystem that Resulticks has established with technology providers, system integrators, consulting firms, and strategic partners across APAC and MEA.

Our partner ecosystem remains central to our growth strategy. Viswanath brings a unique combination of strategic vision, industry relationships, and execution excellence. His appointment reinforces our commitment to deepening partner engagement and unlocking new opportunities for our customers, partners, and stakeholders around the world.

said Redickaa Subrammanian, Co-Founder and CEO of Resulticks.

Subrammanian, who was recognized as Global Female Entrepreneur of the Year at the 2013 Gold Stevie Award, founded a digital marketing agency in 2004 that evolved into Resulticks in 2014.

Commenting on his appointment, Viswanath said,

Resulticks has built a remarkable ecosystem and a differentiated market position. I am excited to work alongside the leadership team to strengthen partner collaborations, expand strategic alliances, and help accelerate the company's next phase of growth.

Company Growth and Acquisition

The appointment comes during a period of significant transformation for Resulticks. On August 14, 2026, Diginex and Resulticks signed an amended definitive agreement relating to Diginex's proposed acquisition of Resulticks, with the original agreement announced in April 2026 valuing the company at US$1.5 billion.
